The Executive Departmental Stamp Designs of 1873 Plates of 100 stamps - Perforated 12 - Issued July 3, 1873 Printed by the Continental Bank Note Company on "thin, hard" whitish paper Scroll over the image to get the Scott number of the stamp illustrated.

1¢ Franklin	2¢ Jackson	3¢ Washington	6¢ Lincoln	10¢ Jefferson

The three cent stamp is found in carmine or violet rose. All of the rest range in color from carmine to deep carmine. The six and ten cent stamps are found in pale carmine as well. There were no American Bank Note printings of the Executive stamps.
