The 1¢, 2¢, 7¢, 10¢, 15¢, 24¢ and 30¢ Navy officials range in
color from ultramarine to dark ultramarine. The 3¢ and 12¢ range from
pale to dark ultramarine, while the 6¢ ranges from ultramarine to
bright ultramarine. The 90¢ is found in ultramarine only. There are
collectible "dull blue" varieties of the 1¢, 2¢, 3¢, 6¢,
7¢, 10¢ and 24¢ Navy Officials. There were no American Bank Note printings of these stamps. |
