As can be seen in the images above, it is impossible to
distinguish the Farley reprint from the regularly issued
commemorative from a single stamp, unless the stamp has a
wide margin, about 13 mm. The distance between the stamps in
the pair shown is of course 13 mm. Any difference in
shade is incidental.
Scott 766 was issued as a sheet of 225 stamps,
printed by the flat plate method, with nine panes of 25
stamps separated by 13 mm gutters. This Souvenir Sheet is
most appropriately collected as a pane of 25 stamps, as
shown below. It can not be determined if the illustrated
sheet is the original or the Farley reprint, since there is
no 13 mm wide margin. Therefore, the following sheet must be
assumed to be Scott 730 and not Scott 766.
