Method of Printing - There are more varieties of this stamp than any other of the Washington Franklin
Types. To make it
easy on yourself, once you have determined that the stamp is a perf 10 coil,
next determine the method of printing, either the flat
plate or rotary press and click on the appropriate link below. Note that no coils were issued using the offset
method (imperforate offset stamps were sometimes privately perforated to
