Caution

Scott 411 and 413 are sometimes faked by adding perforations to the common imperforate stamp, Scott 409. Since the cost of certification outweighs the value of the stamp, the forger stands an excellent chance of not being found out. We would recommend purchasing these stamps from reputable sellers only and demanding certification for line pairs.
