$1 Perf 12 Franklin Postage Stamps

You will not need to check the watermark or the printing method on this stamp, the $1 Franklin perf 12 was printed using the flat plate method on double-line watermarked paper. Note that the 50¢ and $1 stamps were printed on the old double-line watermarked paper. The $1 stamps printed on the single-line watermarked paper, Scott 460, were perforated 10 and not 12 as were the others in this set.
